All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.
If you are requesting a refund, you will be notified within five (5) business days that a refund was processed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds will post to your account in 5-10 day. All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To report an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will provide a return-shipping label and will send a replacement item once the original item is received.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and a full refund will be issued. If the order is already shipped, the order must be processed as a return.
S3DA reserves the right to change pricing without notice, based on availability and supply. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
